Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of our Service and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our web pages.

Your agreement with us includes these Terms and our Privacy Policy (“Agreements”). You acknowledge that you have read and understood Agreements, and agree to be bound of them.

Purchase Terms

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including but not limited to, your credit or debit card number, the expiration date of your card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete. We may employ the use of third-party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.

The item being sold on our website is authenticated through our internal processes and/or third-party authentication services. Brands mentioned on the Site are not involved in the authentication of the item being sold. We may or may not provide descriptions and condition grading of the item on our website and through other direct or indirect, online or offline means of communication. Buyer should note that descriptions of items are not warranties and that each item is sold ‘as is’.

All photographic and other illustrations presented on our website or elsewhere are solely for guidance and are not to be relied upon in terms of tone, color, or detail condition to reveal any imperfections of the item. Such information is given for guidance only and may not fully represent the actual state of the item.

We cannot warrant the price of an item until your order is fully confirmed by us and a small number of the items on our website may be mispriced. If the correct price of an item sold is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before processing the order or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation and the refund thereof. 

We may be unable to successfully deliver items because of a mismatch in live inventory listings. In such cases, we may cancel such orders if an item is unavailable, and make a full refund if the order has been paid for. The placement of an order does not guarantee the delivery of an item. We are not liable for delays in orders because of Customs clearances at the destination.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order, technical errors, or other reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Processing Time

We will process the fully paid order maximum within the next 2 (two) business days. Our business days are Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM both for Singapore and Jakarta. 

Delivery

Shipment or delivery costs will be borne by the Buyer. The approximated delivery time provided on our website is an estimation provided by third-party logistic partners.  The actual delivery time will depend on the performance of the Buyer's selected third-party logistic partners. We shall not be liable for any loss and/or damage to the Items shipped via any third-party logistic partners.

Return

We accept returns with the following conditions:

  • The buyer is able to present a continuous unboxing video of the item as proof that the actual condition of the item has a major difference compared to the guidance photos on the website at the time of the purchase
  • Notice should be received by us within 2 (two) calendar days from the received date as per the tracking provided by the third-party logistic partners
  • All costs for product return including but not limited to the shipment cost and customs fee will be borne by the Buyer
  • We require a thorough physical check of the product before the return request can be approved. 
  • Once approved we will refund the paid amount to the Buyer.
  • In the case that return request is not approved Buyer is responsible for any return costs of the product.

Contests, Sweepstakes, and Promotions

Any contests, sweepstakes or other promotions (collectively, “Promotions”) made available through Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms of Service. If you participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy Policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms of Service, Promotion rules will apply.

Content

All contents found on our website are the property of our site or used with permission. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, repost, copy, or use said contents, whether in whole or in part, for commercial purposes or for personal gain, without express advance written permission from us.

Prohibited Uses

You may use Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Terms. You agree not to use Service:

  • In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
  • For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content or otherwise.
  • To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any “junk mail”, “chain letter,” “spam,” or any other similar solicitation.
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
  • In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity.
  • To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm or offend Company or users of Service or expose them to liability.

Additionally, you agree not to:

  • Use Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair Service or interfere with any other party’s use of Service, including their ability to engage in real-time activities through Service.
  • Use any robot, spider, or other automatic devices, process, or means to access Service for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on Service.
  • Use any manual process to monitor or copy any of the material on Service or for any other unauthorized purpose without our prior written consent.

You may not use as a username any name that is offensive, vulgar, or obscene.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

Service and its original contents (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of our group and its licensors. Service may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of and foreign countries. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of our group.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. It is our policy to respond to any claim that contents posted on Service infringe on the copyright or other intellectual property rights (“Infringement”) of any person or entity.
